Super B Foundation may, at its sole discretion, offer a fourteen (14)‑day foster-to-adopt trial placement in certain adoption situations. During any such trial period, the animal remains the sole property of Super B Foundation, and no transfer of ownership is implied or conferred. The adoption shall not be considered final, nor shall any rights of ownership vest in the adopter, until the formal Adoption Agreement has been fully executed by both parties and the applicable adoption fee has been paid in full. Failure to complete these requirements within the designated timeframe will result in the animal’s return to Super B Foundation.
